Dear Affiliate,

Thank you for your interest in promoting World Liberty Token. We’re excited to have you join our program and help share this exclusive collectible with your audience. Please review the following terms carefully. ⚠️

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission Act, FTC endorsements guidelines, CAN-SPAM, and any consumer protection laws that apply in the affiliate’s jurisdiction.

Permitted Uses & Creative

Affiliates are allowed to use creative materials provided in the Affiliates section (videos, banners, email templates, social images) for the sole purpose of promoting World Liberty Token.

Affiliates may edit provided assets for length or format to fit a particular marketing channel, provided edits do not change the meaning or misrepresent the product.

Any use of the product name, trademarks, or imagery outside the provided creative must receive prior written approval from the World Liberty Team.

Prohibited Advertising Methods

• Using deceptive, misleading, untruthful, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Using paid ads or web properties that imply endorsement by any public official or public office without explicit written consent.
• Creating paid search campaigns that bid on trademarked keywords that match our brand name unless expressly permitted in writing.
• Using false testimonials, fabricated endorsements, or unapproved before/after imagery.
• Placing creative in channels or contexts that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.
• Creating pages, apps, or profiles that pretend to be official product pages if they are not.

Bonusing & Incentives

Affiliates may not offer cash rebates, gift cards, or third-party bonuses that alter the order flow or the customer’s purchase experience without express written permission.

Intellectual Property & Rights

All trademarks, logos, videos, and images provided by World Liberty Token remain our property. Affiliates are granted a limited license to use these assets for promotion only, subject to these terms.

Tracking & Orders

Orders must flow through proper tracking links. Affiliates may not attempt to circumvent tracking or commit click fraud. Any attempt will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Payments & Commissions

Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment methods are listed in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are paid only on qualifying orders and are subject to chargeback, refund, and fraud reviews. ClickBank reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions pending investigation.

Prohibited Platforms & Behaviors

• Do not run ads that misrepresent the product or misuse public figures’ names.
• Avoid mass unsolicited email (spam) and follow CAN-SPAM rules.
• Do not republish full sales videos or product pages as your own.

Termination ⚠️

Any affiliate caught violating these terms will be banned and may forfeit unpaid commissions. World Liberty Token reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program or affiliates at any time.

Modifications ⚠️

World Liberty Token may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes through their dashboard or provided email.
